again after a firmware update the somfy app fails. Again i tried to pull the plug and reset the damn thing. Nothing seems to work. After 5 years I thought this known fail was already adressed. But I thought wrong. Why is homey having troubles with the somfy app and why is it still not working properly after a simple firmware update? What can i do to make it work again?
I presume you mean the RTS app?
Have you tried just restarting the app?
Homey can get very busy at start up and sometimes parts aren’t ready soon enough.
