Also in this report I donât see any notifications from the Doorbell.
It seems like Eufy is a bit slow last days. I see multiple people talking about it. So notifications are coming in very late.
Right now this seems to work better.
Can you check if thatâs the case?
I debugged it and it doesnât work indeed. This did work when I made it. Somehow the command is rejected. Seems like this is updated with the Homebase.
For now I disabled this functionality for the Homebase until I find the solution.
About the notifications you mentioned in another thread those are fixed too in the release below.

@lukelinsj Issue with Images should be fixed in the latest test version. I think the quickResponse are related to the slow reponses from last days.
Can you try to send a quick response and if it doesnât work send a diagnostic report after that.
Images are working fine now. Only one at a time.

@Glenn_Dijkstra Ah I see you enabled reporting in the app settings. I already see whatâs going wrong. Your Homebase is set to a public IP. This should be the internal IP of the Homebase. See FAQ Q4 [APP] Eufy Security - #4 by martijnpoppen

Itâs not possible to retrieve the names you gave to the custom modes. So thatâs why itâs called custom 1 to 3.
You have to figure out which is what. Unfortunately thatâs how it works
