Also in this report I don’t see any notifications from the Doorbell.
It seems like Eufy is a bit slow last days. I see multiple people talking about it. So notifications are coming in very late.

Right now this seems to work better.
Can you check if that’s the case?

I debugged it and it doesn’t work indeed. This did work when I made it. Somehow the command is rejected. Seems like this is updated with the Homebase.
For now I disabled this functionality for the Homebase until I find the solution.

About the notifications you mentioned in another thread those are fixed too in the release below.

Just enabled the debug option and saved it once more. Unless there are steps I missed tt I’m unaware of?

@lukelinsj Issue with Images should be fixed in the latest test version. I think the quickResponse are related to the slow reponses from last days.

Can you try to send a quick response and if it doesn’t work send a diagnostic report after that.

Images are working fine now. Only one at a time.

Just tried to trigger the custom response. Still not working, have sent you a report as well.

On good news, images is working now.

I have sent you a report as well.
Temperature updates, the other values don’t (and I really did get motion in the app).
I logged in once again and I tried the experimental app.

Can you send it via `More → Apps → Eufy Security → Settings wheel right top → Send diagnostic report

@Glenn_Dijkstra Ah I see you enabled reporting in the app settings. I already see what’s going wrong. Your Homebase is set to a public IP. This should be the internal IP of the Homebase. See FAQ Q4 [APP] Eufy Security - #4 by martijnpoppen

It’s not possible to retrieve the names you gave to the custom modes. So that’s why it’s called custom 1 to 3.

You have to figure out which is what. Unfortunately that’s how it works

one more, if I use this flow night time:

@felho Make sure you set the notifcation mode to include thumbnail or full effect.
Can you share the notification settings?
