Rebooting Homey is pretty much the only thing you can.
Besides, “memory cleaning” is a moot operation on any UNIX-type OS (like Linux, which is running on Homey) because the OS will handle that itself. If any memory isn’t being released, it’s simply still in use. Perhaps mistakenly so (in the case of memory leaks), but any memory-clean-operation cannot solve that. That’s up to the developer of each individual app to solve.
