@Tomm @Rik_Van_der_Knaap Any special apps you need in the list of apps ?
Netflix, prime tv, dinsey+ and Spotify. This are the apps i would connect.
- Plex
- Netflix
- Youtube
- Apple TV
And if you can fix this with a static app list;
âthe possibility to directly open a webpage in browser with a homey flowcardâ
Thanks
You can test v. 1.7.4 by installing from this link:
Thereâs already an action to start a webpage.
Just tested 1.7.4:
- Netflix app is installed on tv but starting via static applist results in âApp not foundâ
- other apps i tested (spotify, youtube) work well.
- Use of the flowcard to start a webpage in browser results in 'V" when tested but without any visual result on TV.
- The Apple TV app is missing from the static app list
- Should it be possible to start the TV with the âlaunch appâ flowcard or is always necessary to use the 'Turn TV on flowcard first?
Hi,
You might have another Netflix - app than me? Can you check this list?
We need to search the web for the correct appId.
Also search for the appd for the Apple TV app.
You need to turn the TV on first. Also most TVs need some time before they are ready, so you should add a delay after the Turn on actionâŚ
Can you tell me how i can look up an appID?
Found it by Googling, I think.
Hereâs v. 1.7.5 with Apple TV, and you can try âNetflix (2)â as see if that works:
Apple TV apps works.
Netflix (2) unfortunately still does not (application not found)
So using the DIAL name for Netflix, or the Samsung app-id does not work on your TV. Thatâs strange.
Have you tried reinstalling the Netflix app ?
Hereâs v.1.7.6 with some more IDs for Netflix you can try:
I tried Netflix (1-4) but all give the same result; âapplication not foundâ
Since Netflix is part of the 'preinstalled appset" in the Netherlands it can not be removed.
The only option i have is to âreinstallâ but this doesnât make any changes.
Is there anyway I can look up the appID myself?
Since fetching the list of apps doesnât work on your TV, I donât know.
Hey, do you have any suggestion on how to fix the fact that in homey ui my tv is always displayed as turned off (grayed out)? It doesnât matter how I turn it on - via app, flow or remote, the status is always off. Everything works as far as controls and commands, I just canât turn it off, since the status is always off.
What TV model do you use? And what version: âSamsungâ, âSamsung (encrypted)â or âSamsung (legacy)â.
You can press the âCreate diagnostics reportâ - button, and I will receive a log, and might be able to see if somethings is wrong.
thatâs a shameâŚ
Thanks anyway for all your efforts.
Just Samsung. Iâm using q90r.

By my doesnât work Netflix and Prime Video. Both the same problemen. Application can not found
What TV - model do you have? And have you installed Netflix and Prime yourself?
The same as Tomm, a q95 and the apps are preinstalled
