Aqara sensors not updating

Hello,
Have an issue with my new homey and aqara temperature sensor .

It updated fine for a few hours and then it stopped .
I have messaged the app developer and they say it’s a Homey zigbee network issue and that I should report it to speed it up.

I couldn’t find a add button on athom GitHub however after login in.

So how can I get an official support request for this issue ?

Tried contacting Homey via that form, on twitter, facebook, they seem to be ignoring all issues that are their fault which sucks.
