This is my first post. So please be kind to me 
I want my Sonos speaker to play a specific song or playlist when an action is made. But I can’t get it to work. Nothing happens when I add a Spotify link to the “Play specific URL” in the Sonos app?
What am I’m doing wrong here?
If Sonos supports Spotify Connect, you should install the Spotify app.
Then you can use
THEN…
“Play a playlist” and pick one of your playlists

When I connect Spotify it gives me this error. Looks like it can’t be connected to Sonos?
Did you make it work?
It says using only the Sonos app, you should be able to use the “Play a playlist” card.
Maybe you can enter your Spotify credentials somewhere at the Sonos device? Or via your Sonos account? Don’t have Sonos myself.
