Can’t find a topic about this… i’m using homey for a few years now. I would like to upgrade my alarm on a location at the other side of town. I have Wifi over there. The current alarm uses a app but has some delay and i can’t trust IFTTT anymore (reading my phone message and trigger flows within Homey). So the simple idea, place a homey at location, using z-wave motion, door-contact, smokdetector, remotes for disarm and a suitable camera. But the main question, can i setup a homey over there that will trigger flows at my home? I know there are some devices with a Homey integration but when looking closer at them they have monthly costs etc.
The only way I know, is by using Webhooks.
You could possible use MQTT too
