Does Honey support zwave EU frequency devices

Homey is a European product, so yes.

If you buy a European version, for sure.
However, if you buy it for use in the USA, Australia any other country that uses a different frequency, it does not. It then uses the legal frequency for that country/region, just as all the Z-wave devices you buy there do.
So you can’t use an Australian Homey with European end devices and vice versa.

Additional, If you mean by “Homey” Homey (cloud/bridge): it adjusts the zwave frequency to the one allowed at your location.
