No solution? same issue here
Well, it says “confirm that the device has (re)joined the network”. Did you check that?
It looks like the device doesn’t have a (correct) route to Homey. So it is either offline (powered off or empty battery) or has range issues.
But from this picture alone it is completely unclear when this happens, with what kind or brand of device and on witch network.
