Fibaro Smart Implant - output1/2 are always off

Greetings,

I installed and paired a Fibaro Smart Implant.
The input works great, I can configure the flows I need.

But I just never get any power on the output 1 or 2.

I tried to configure the parameter 0x75 as discussed in another topic. but it just doesn’t change anything.

Anyone got any idea ?

I feel like the device is broken, but maybe I missed something ???

The outputs are only Contacts, so there is never power sourced directly from the output (use it like a switch or push button)
