Simple using the Sungrow WebAPI - directly connected to their server (iSolarCloud). The option to connect via Modbus is more complicated and needs advanced skills to connect.

There are a few implementations for Homebridge and Home Assistant using the API. There is also an GoLang Implementation to access the iSolarCloud. All implementations are simple.

Reolink

What is/are the device(s)/service for type:

Doorbell

What kind of category/signal(s) would the app use:

433 Mhz

Is there an (public) API / documentation / manual(s) or known (other) implementations (like Blogs/Github etc)?

I think this Reddit comment will be useful here -
https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/zs7538/comment/j1afscc/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3

I’ve talked with Reolink and for those interested those are the specs for a button press that is transmitted via RF so the chime rings:

{“Time”:“2022-10-29T20:44:27”,“RfReceived”:{“Sync”:9920,“Low”:320,“High”:960,“Data”:“9D7852”,“RfKey”:“None”}}

Hope it helps someone out :slight_smile:

Are you willing to loan or donate to a developer?

I can donate a few euros to get this working.

Extra information:

The doorbell comes with a chime - these communicate via 433Mhz. While the doorbell itself has a lot of functions, as do the other Reolink devices, all I’m hoping for here is a simple app that can pick up on the signal of someone ringing the doorbell so I can run automations based off that.

If it works with Alexa then there is a good chance you can already control it via honey app or flows.

After adding the diffuser to Alexa instal the app above. Try and add either “other device” or switch device and see if it can be added to homey that way.

That is how I control my ottim diffuser.
