does anyone know this controller? I tried Hue and Osram without success.

Probably not possible because the manufacturer/device is not supported.
Maybe try the following: Homey -> Zigbee

I have a YSRSAI ZB-CT01 and this device works with the HUe hub. Did you try to connect it to the hub? You may need to reset the device. (I think you can do this by removing the power 5-6 times in a short time window)
