When I turn on HomeKit experiments I get virtual devices as well as actual devices which tend to be duplicates and Siri gets confused when asking it to turn devices on.
Can you stop devices going across like you can with the HomeyKit App?
Once they have gone across it doesn’t seem possible to remove them from the HomeKit Home App.
In short: not possible.
Use Homeykit instead.
