List of all actions of sensors/actors

So far I know, the data from sensors/actors are not sent outside of Homey,
but there is a possibility to

  1. to load all values (power, temperature, …) from Homey f.e. insights
  2. to see the activity f.e. the motion sensor (on/off)

There are official Homey API’s allowing to get such lists from the external application?

Mqtt sends only single value changes.
I would like to get ‘f.e. ‘list of all sensor values from-to’’…
