Problem with APA3-1500R (KlikAanKlikUit)

Hi,

When I add a APA3-1500R device (KlikAanKlikUit), it becomes unavailable after a few days.
There is a red question mark on the device and it says Device is unavailable och invalid_device_data.

Tips?

Hi @Ola_Markstrom: I have the same issue. It works for a day or two and then it quits working. seems like homey is forgetting the actual signal sequences or similar…
Did you have any success getting this to work reliably?
Anyone any ideas what to do?

Hi Ola,

I have discussed your case with Development, they informed me that this specific device type has varying reliability, where it can work for months, and suddenly doesn’t work at all without a good reason for it.
They have looked into this issue many times, and never found a problem in the code.

I would therefore advise you to look into alternative devices.
