Problems with ASUN650 blinds

My blinds do not accept any commands form within the Homey App Invalid address 0010. The devices are KAKU ASUN650. Homey states that the devices are not supported in the future. I Am not happy with this message because I have to replace several devices Please help on question 1, how to solve the problem for now and 2 why are the devices declared and of life/support within Homey?

I had a message from the help desk today all the devices will be supported in the future that were already supported. Send them a diagnostic report. They are working hard to solve the problems.
