Qubino switch/dimmer manually operated

Hi!
I have a couple qubino dimmers and have some problems.
If I operate it with an external momentary switch the status is not updated in Homey.
It can be on but still shown as off in the Homey app.
Anyone here that have experienced the same and know how to solve it?

The same here since over one year! Still no solution!

It is also interesting that the device communicates with homey and that on and off commands arrive at homey. Only the Qubino app can’t do anything with it.
The dimmers also work reliably with other gateways (tested with homee, Home Assistant and OpenHAB)

Ok, that was bad.
Hope it will be done since a key feature with Z-Wave is two way communication.
Do you now if some other brand works better with Homey?

That is not what two way communication means, two way communication is only, send (1st way) and receive an acknowledgement back that it was received (2nd way), that it reports its own status on hardware changes is just something zwave manufactures can (and useally do) implement, but is not necessary nor required.
Qubino should do that though, so the only thing you can do is contact the developer (in this case Athom)

I did it already several times in the last 18 month!
I gave it up! :disappointed:

Long time ago, I got the advice to have the firmware of the qubino updated fwiw

Ok, but how do I update the firmware of the devices?

Skickat från min iPhone

Ask in the shop where you bought them, or contact Qubino.
I have not done that.

It’s not a Qubino Firmware issue It’s a Qubino App Issue! With all other Z-Wave Gateways (Z-Way-Server, openHAB, Home Assistant, homee) the Dimmer works fine. Only not with Homey.
