My log of Smart presence is 2 hours behind, is this changeable?

This App shows Zulu Time,
you can see both the correct time and Zulu Time in Homey - Settings - System - Stuff for Geeks.
That could be 2 hours off from your human time …
o, sorry and for what I see it is not changeable!
Thanks for making it clear, just spent an hour to find out where to change
