Don’t include the brackets. So if your cloud id is 123456789, the URL should be:
https://123456789.homey.athom.com/api/app/com.internet/testbericht/12345
(the testbericht/12345 are the same from my example)
I get this when using that url:
Okay, so apparently this isn’t possible anymore on v2, only local access is still working.
The great @Rocodamelshekima found out that it works with this URL:
https://123456789.connect.athom.com/api/app/com.internet/testbericht/12345

I saw that. But after using the CloudId, it gave the old error…

What is the full URL that you’re using? (and make sure to replace your cloud id with some placeholder

Just tested this url in “Shortcuts” and it’s working like it should.
Only thing i can think of u need to log in first but that’s just a wild guess.
Be sure you restart the app after changing the authorisation setting.
