Although I’ve been having problems with Zigbee stability since I bought my Homey almost two years ago, 8 days ago Zigbee completely has stopped working during my holiday (without automatic or manual update to 2.5.0).
Clicking the Zigbee icon in Settings gives ‘Unknown error’. I’ve tried several PtP, software resets, update to the current 2.5.0, nothing helps.
I’ve tried to re-register an existing Zigbee device to see what would happen, but deleting it is impossible: the delete page hangs and never continues.
The Add Device page of The Ikea and Xiaomi apps shows the red warning sign for all possible device types that can be added, so I have the idea that the Zigbee core hasn’t been started, but I thought that problem had been solved in the stable 2.5.0 firmware.
At developer.athom the Zigbee controller and devices page remains completely empty, even after waiting 30 minutes or so.
The funny thing is that when clicking an IKEA lamp in the app the yellow feedback circle toggles as if the device is working correctly, just the lamp itself doesn’t react. While with earlier problems I always got a network error notification if something was wrong and the yellow circle would not toggle.
I have > 100 devices connected, also Z-Wave, KaKu, DECT switches (via Fritzbox), which all still work rock-stable, so a factory reset really would be a nightmare, and not worth the time and effort until Athom fixes the Zigbee core fundamentally.
Any suggestions what else I could try?
