I wasn’t been able to download my invoice for the subscription for the Homey Cloud Backup, because I need an acces code that is included in the mail i should have received?
I double checked my inbox, spambox etc… but no mail with any code to unlock this.

Do you happen to know what emailaddress to use?
Is it just support@athom.com or info@athom.com?
