[APP][Cloud & Pro] Somfy Tahoma & Connexoon (v4.0.37, test v4.0.75)

Just did it.
But it doesn’t change the status.

I have just added my door sensors back into Homey and checked them and they are working as expected.
If you are still having problems this morning could you enable the Information log, activate some sensors and then send me the log.

Juste removed all the motion and doors sensors.
Will check how it behaves now.
Will let you know

After 2 days of testing, it seems to work fine.
I have to admit that I’m not always clear on if fully fine or not.

Hi Adrian,

Looks like i have the same problem with my Sunis io sensor. Been more then 12 hours since the last sensor update. It only refreshes when i restart the app (even then not always btw).
I’m running version 2.1.33 on Homey Pro (early 2019) 4.2.0.

Could you send me the Information log please. Make sure you give it a few minutes to capture after enabling it.
The issue I had was just a one off and it’s ben working fine since.

hi Adrian,

Sent you the log files some minutes ago, don’t know if its going to be helpfull. Noticed that there was a sensor update some 15 minutes ago (after some 13 hours of no update)…

I got the log, thanks.
What do you have the polling time set to?
If it is too long (> 2 minutes) then the session expires and the events are lost. I would recommend it is between 30 to 100 seconds if you have the Sunis.

Update frequentie is set on 600 sec. I’ll try with 60 secs.
Will let you know the result.
thx for your effort and quick response!!

Hi Adrian, looks like changing the polling time to a shorter time solved the problem. Getting regular sensor readings since I changed the polling time from 600secs to 60secs.
thx a lot!! Much appreciated!!

Hi Adrian,

I’m looking for Error code 401… since today i can’t login anymore.

This does happen occasionally. I just looked at my log and it shows 401 errors this morning for a few minutes.
Have you tried to login from the Configure screen by saving your credentials again?
Could you send me the information log?

I got a flooding-warning on login, so i shutdown the app. Two hours later i restarted the app and i could login without any problem… i upped the sync interval from 30 to 60, see what happens.

Thanks for Your reply!

Hi, I’m a new Homey Pro user and switching from complete Somfy (including z-wave en hue) smart home. I still need to figure things out. But for this moment I can’t connect my scenarioplayers and my smoke detectors. I’m running version 2.1.33. Screens and motion detectors work fine. I hope someone can help?

Can you send me the device log as described in the first post.

I just send you the log. Many thanks for looking into it

Wow, that’s a lot of devices

I’ve spotted the smoke detectors but couldn’t you give me a name to search for the scenarioplayers?

Hi Adrian
is the App working with all Moors from Somfy ?!
A Customer is using the J4 io
Is there a List of working Motors ?!

Cheers Mike

 that’s the reason to switch to Homey. The most is HUE

The players are called “eetkamer”, “douche”, “hal 1”, etc

Unfortunately I don’t have a list of the motors by their common name as the app just deals with a controllable type:

  • io:ExteriorVenetianBlindIOComponent,
  • io:HorizontalAwningIOComponent’,
  • io:AwningValanceIOComponent,
  • io:AwningvalanceIOComponent,
  • io:AwningReceiverUnoIOComponent,
  • io:SimpleBioclimaticPergolaIOComponent,
  • io:RollerShutterGenericIOComponent,
  • io:Re3js3W69CrGF8kKXvvmYtT4zNGqicXRjvuAnmmbvPZXnt,
  • io:MicroModuleRollerShutterSomfyIOComponent,
  • io:RollerShutterWithLowSpeedManagementIOComponent,
  • io:VerticalInteriorBlindVeluxIOComponent,
  • io:RollerShutterVeluxIOComponent,
  • io:WindowOpenerVeluxIOComponent,
  • io:VerticalExteriorAwningIOComponent,
  • io:VerticalInteriorBlindGenericIOComponent,
  • rts:BlindRTSComponent,
  • rts:RollerShutterRTSComponent,
  • rts:DualCurtainRTSComponent,
  • rts:CurtainRTSComponent,
  • rts:VenetianBlindRTSComponent,
  • rts:ExteriorVenetianBlindRTSComponent

But, I can normally add new one pretty easily.
