[APP][Pro] Ubiquiti UniFi app

Thanks for the update. Didn’t investigate myself yet.

Did you solved this?
I think i have the same issue with the cloudkey (v1).
Cant connect with it anymore. It was working fine a couple of days ago.

Switched to smart presence app, all devices showed red error icons and flows kept on being disabled due to too many triggers. @Pellucid, thanks until now for your app! Let us know if you’re going to support the updated API.

I have a UDM and would love to use this app but it won’t connect for me either. I’m running the latest firmware as well.

I have a same problem, all my creditals is fine, and i can’t connect. Latest app, and latest software, changed password and roles. CloudKeyGen2+

A connection with the DreamMachine is also not possible despite the changed port 443. At the moment I did the following: The DreamMachine is recognized by the Home Assistant on port 443. I then send the relevant entities to Homey.

Mine was working flawless for a long time, not using UDM but a normal controller running on docker. It’s been running on 6.0.43 for some time too but for some reason as of today it doesn’t work anymore. I can remember I checked it last week and it worked, now it stays disconnected with a Unexpected server respons 401. 401 translates to unauthenticated.

What I did do was enable 2FA on my main account (also used by the Homey) but I created an additional account without 2FA enabled. But doesn’t help either.

Did they change something after the hack? Does anyone know?

This worked for me:

If you speak Dutch ;). 2FA is enabled and works fine now.

So basically (for the non Dutch speakers). Go to the webversion of the controller and change the password also in the controller. If cant get in the webversion of the controller, try your old password and change your password (again). Put in your credentials again in the homey app. Worked for me.

Still not working, 2FA is disabled this is my 2nd account for Homey… but no luck :frowning:

It works again for me. What I did was disabling the 2FA and logging in with my primary account. I cannot get a 2nd account to work. Doesn’t matter if I give it super admin rights or anything, it just doesn’t authenticate.

What I would like to do is to use the 2nd account with read only rights to be used by my homey and have my super admin protected by 2FA. I have never really looked into this so can’t confirm it ever worked.

Yeah exacly same, but i don’t want to disable 2FA, I want to use 2nd account, and not working.

I’ve got my new Unifi network up and running now and everything is working very nicely.
But my Homey app is behaving strangely.
I must use port 443 instead of 8443 for the app to connect at all.

But it keeps connecting and disconnecting to my Cloud Key Gen 2+ continuously.
In the debug log I see this repeating every few seconds (it’s copy/pasted from the log so read it from the bottom up):

Connection succes!

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

Same problem, any help is welcome

I see it’s been updated but the problem still persists

Which firmware are you guys on (controller and cloudkey), mine works fine now.

Still not working… I reinstalled the app

That’s a pitty, you sure you are using the latest version (should be if you have just reinstalled the app, but the latest version is 2.0.7).

Yes, and the account is working perfect i’m sure! Anyway whats the different 443 or 8443 port? I use cloudkeygen2+

Actually my last idea is restart the cloudkey

EDIT: cloudkey got a update, mybe this fix, finger crossed!

I’m crossing my fingers. The 8443 port is, as far as I know, the default port. I’m using a docker image and that still uses 8443. Don’t own a cloudkey gen2 so don’t know if that is different.
