Can't log in to the app but can log in to the website

After using 2FA, Homey’s ServiceDesk made several attempts to restore my account. To date, this has not been successful and I am also no longer receiving an update from the ServiceDesk. Maybe you guys can help me out.

When logging into the website everything goes well and I have also reset my password several times (on request). When I want to log into Homey using the app on my phone (iOS) I get an error message saying that the username/password is not correct. Also when entering it manually I get the same error message.

  • Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
  • Are there any possibilities to start from scratch?
