Where must i go to for broken product bought on talks with homey shop?

With talks to homey shop i have bought a nuki v2 smartlock, bridge and keyfob v2. the key fob came with a dead battery. I installed a new one and the led was blinking. With the nuki app i tried to connect the key fob. The app is telling that it finds the key fob, but can’t connect with it. The led keeps blinking.

Also i never recieved a delivery note or track and trace.

Where can i contact the talks with homey shop contributor? I already tried info@homey.com, but no responce. How about warenty? I never recieved a delivery note as prove.
